Therapy of Endometriosis and Its' Progress

子宫内膜异位症是育龄妇女的常见病 ,痛经、不育、易于复发 ,严重影响患者生活质量。药物治疗有高剂量雌孕激素、丹那唑等传统方法 ,近年来内美通、米非司酮、Gn RH- a等逐渐应用于临床 ,各有其优缺点 ;手术治疗有保守性手术、神经切断术、半根治术及根治术。治疗方案应根据患者年龄、症状。

Endometriosis is a common disease among reproductive women. Dysmenorrhea, infertility and easy recurring are most common symptom, which severely degrade life quantity. The tradition drug treatments were high does of estrogen, progesterone and danazol. In recent years, nemestran, mifepristone, and GnRH a were used gradually, each drug has its' advantages and disadvantages. The surgical treatments are conservative operation, anterior sacral neurotomy, radical excision and half radical operation. Therapy scheme should be designed according to patient's age, symptom, disease staging, and reproduction demanding.
