①目的 探讨远端胃大部切除术后胃排空延迟发生的可能机制。②方法 回顾性分析 2 0 0例胃癌远端胃大部切除术的手术方式及术后处理方法。③结果 手术后病人胃排空延迟发生率为 0。④结论 远端胃大部切除术后胃排空延迟发生的可能机制是术后早期炎性残胃及胃肠吻合口周围梗阻 。
Objective\ To study possible mechanisms of delayed gastric emptying after distal subtotal gastrectomy. Methods\ The surgical methods and postoperative management of 200 patients underwent distal gastrectomy for carcinoma of the stomach were analyzed retrospectively.\ Results\ No patients had been found to have delayed gastric emptying in this study. Conclusion\ A possible mechanism of delayed gastric emptying after distal subtotal gastrectomy is postoperative inflammation of the gastric remnant and obstruction surrounding the stoma . An improvement of operation and postoperative nutrition support are principal factors to decrease delayed gastric emptying.
