大鼠展神经核到动眼神经核投射的神经递质检测

摘要 ①目的 研究大鼠展神经核到动眼神经核投射通路的神经递质。②方法 对 10只大鼠 (实验组 )内侧纵束于展神经核水平进行机械损毁后 ,通过免疫组织化学染色 ,观察动眼神经核中谷氨酸和天冬氨酸的变化 ,并与对照组 (10只大鼠 )进行比较。③结果 机械损毁后 ,大鼠展神经核的核间神经元明显变性 ;实验组动眼神经核内直肌亚核区谷氨酸和天冬氨酸的免疫阳性产物较对照组明显减少 (t=3.15 4、3.0 6 7,P <0 .0 1)。 Objective\ To study the neurotransmitters involved in the pathway from the abducens nucleus to the medial rectus subgroup of the oculomotor nucleus.\ Methods\ The MLF of 10 rats (experimental group) were destroyed mechanically at the abducens nucleus level. The changes of glutamate and aspartate were investigated in the medial rectus subgroup of the oculomotor nucleus with immunohistochemistry. Comparisons were made with the control group (10 rats).\ Results\ The internuclear neurons of the abducens nucleus degenerated obviously in the experimental group. The density of the immunoreactive substances of glutamate and aspartate in the medial rectus subgroup of the oculomotor nucleus decreased obviously compared with the control group.\ Conclusion\ Glutamate and aspartate are the main neurotransmitters involved in the pathway from the abducens nucleus to the medial rectus subgroup of the oculomotor nucleus.
