摘要
①目的 探讨复制全口义齿的效果。②方法 采用一次印模法 ,确定咬合关系、垂直距离 ,灌注石膏模型 ,上颌架 ,排牙 ,复制完成义齿。③结果 4 5例病人戴上复制的义齿后 ,32例病人非常满意 ;9例病人感觉稍有不适 ,但使用 15d后均适应 ;4例病人感觉有较大出入 ,进行了不同程度的修改。④结论 复制全口义齿效果较好 。
Objective\ To study the method of duplication of full denture. \ Methods\ Taking the impression in one time, occlusal relationships and the adequate vertical dimension were confirmed, cast model filled and mounted on an articulator then teeth arranged, duplication of the denture completed.\ Results\ A duplication was done for 45 patients, 32 of them were satisfied with the denture; 9 felt a little bit uncomfortable, but they adapted to it 15 days later; the denture had been repaired in four patients because of one reason or another.\ Conclusion\ The outcome of duplication of full denture is good, which can improve the quality of patients life.
