摘要
①目的 探讨甲状腺癌颈淋巴结囊性转移的声像图特征。②方法 应用彩色多普勒超声检查 5例甲状腺癌颈淋巴结囊性转移病人 (8个病灶 ) ,观察其声像图特征及血供特点。③结果 甲状腺癌颈淋巴结囊性转移具有特征性超声表现 ,包括颈侧部囊性肿物 ,伴囊壁实性结节 ,较大囊壁结节内可探及动脉血供 ,部分壁结节可显示微钙化。
Objective\ To investigaate the ultrasonograph ic characteristics of cystic lymph node metastasis from thyroid carcinoma.\ Methods\ Cystic lymph node metastasis from thyroid carcinoma was e xamined in five patients (eight lesions) by color Doppler ultrasound. The ultras onographic characteristics and features of their blood supply were observed. \ Results\ Ultrasonographic findings of cystic lymph node metastasis from thyroid carcinoma often showed lateral cervical cysts, solid nodules of th e cystic wall, artery blood in bigger nodules, minute calcification in some nodu les of the cystic wall. \ Conclusion\ High frequency ultrasonography is of great value in th e diagnosis and differentiation of cystic lymph node metastasis from thyroid car cinoma.
