摘要
①目的 利用正常人体髋关节的CT影像 ,建立髋关节计算机三维几何模型 ,研究各种体位下股骨头髋臼覆盖率。②方法 取 32岁健康男性髋关节CT二维影像 ,利用计算机相关软件处理 ,依次转化图形 ,取其二维框图放样、叠加 ,建立髋关节三维几何模型 ;分别固定模型髋臼端及股骨端 ,模拟正常情况下髋关节在不同动度下的运动情况 ,计算不同动度下股骨头的髋臼覆盖率。③结果 本模型的颈干角和CE角均在正常范围之内 ,说明本模型基本符合人体结构 ,髋关节模型中立位股骨头髋臼覆盖率为 6 0 .1% ,在外展位时股骨头的髋臼覆盖率最大 ,而前屈位最小。④结论 髋关节计算机三维几何模型所测得的结果与现有人体测量参数相似 ;股骨头的髋臼覆盖率在外展位最为稳定。
Objective\ To set up a three dimensional com puter geometric model of hip joint using two dimensional CT scan of a normal male and measure the acetabular coverage of femoral head in different position s. \ Methods\ Applying related software, a tri dimensional computer ge ometric model of the hip joint was made using a CT scan of a 32 year old healt h male. The motions of the hip joint on normal conditions were simulated and me asurement of the contact area of femoral head with acetabulum in the different p ositions made. \ Results\ The neck shaft angle and CE angle of this model were bot h within normal range, showing that the model was compatible with the structure of human body. The coverage of the femoral head on the neutrality was 60.1% . The biggest covering area of the femoral head appeared in the abduction positi on, the smallest occurred during adduction. Conclusion\ The results measured by the three dimensional comp uter geometric model of the hip joint was similar to that of the normal hip join t. The acetabular coverage of femoral head shows the most stable during abducti on.
