摘要
①目的 观察不同牙齿发育阶段、不同离体时间脱位牙再植的成功率。②方法 对 5 6例病人 70颗牙再植后观察 2～ 5年 ,对其临床资料进行总结分析。③结果 总存活率为 5 8.6 % ,不同牙齿发育阶段再植牙髓存活率差异有显著性 (P =0 .0 14 ) ,不同离体时间再植牙存活率差异有显著性 (χ2 =7.976 ,P <0 .0 5 )。④结论 减少离体时间是保证再植牙成功的关键 ,对根尖尚未发育完成的牙齿再植后需密切观察。
Objective\ To evaluate the pulpal healing of different development stage and the survival rate of different extra alveolar t ime on replanted teeth.\ Methods\ Seventy replanted teeth of 56 cases were followed up for 2-5 years , their clinical data were reviewed and analyzed.\ Results\ The total survival of the teeth replanted was 56.6%. The difference of survival of the replanted teeth was related to the stage of develo pment ( P =0.014) and also related to different extra alveolar time ( χ 2=7.976, P < 0.05).\ Conclusion\ To obtain higher survival rate, it is important to red uce the extra alveolar duration. The replanted teeth with open apical pole shou ld be closely monitored.
