硝酸异山梨酯不同给药方法治疗冠心病心绞痛效果分析

摘要 ①目的 探讨硝酸异山梨酯治疗心绞痛的最佳治疗方案。②方法 将 84例心绞痛病人随机分为A、B、C、D组 ,分别采取硝酸异山梨酯 2 0mg每日 1次、2次、3次、4次 4种给药方式 ,比较每组治疗前、治疗 1周、治疗2周病情改善情况。③结果 各组治疗 1周末硝酸甘油用量、ST段下移改善情况与治疗前比较有显著性差异 (F=8.6 8~ 375 .71,q =4 .5 8~ 33.0 9,P <0 .0 5 ) ;B、C、D组硝酸甘油用量与A组比较有显著性差异 (F =2 18.78,q =2 7.6 7~ 30 .75 ,P <0 .0 5 )。治疗 2周C、D组硝酸甘油用量、ST段下移改善情况与 1周比较有显著性差异 (q =5 .5 0~ 2 5 .6 7,P <0 .0 1、0 .0 5 )。④结论 硝酸异山梨酯 2 0mg每日 Objective To explore the optimum treatment for angina pectoris with isosorbide dinitrate. Methods Eighty four patients with angina pectoris were randomly divided into groups A, B, C and D, with isosorbide dinitrate 20 mg orally for each patient in each group, once, twice, three times and four times a day, respectively. A comparison of the improvement was made for each group before the treatment and one week as well as two weeks after treatment. Results The improvement was significant in each group after treatment for one week compared with before in terms of the dosage and S-T segment depression (F=8.68-375.71,q=4.58-33.09 ,P<0.05), the dosage of groups B,C and D showed remarkable difference compared with group A (F=218.78,q=27.67-30.75,P<0.05). Two weeks after treatment, the improvement was obvious as compared with after one-week treatment in terms of dosage and S-T segment depression in groups C and D (q=5.50-25.67 ,P<0.05). Conclusion A dosage of 20 mg isosorbide dinitrate, twice a day, proves to be an optimum long-term medication for angina in coronary heart disease.
