摘要 ①目的　观察紫杉醇 (PTX)联合顺铂 (DDP)治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌 (NSCLC)的效果。②方法　采用紫杉醇联合顺铂治疗晚期NSCLC 32例 ,3周为 1周期 ,至少完成 2个周期后评价疗效。③结果　 30例可评价疗效 ,完全缓解 (CR) 1例 ,部分缓解 (PR) 11例 ,稳定 (NC) 7例 ,进展 (PD) 11例 ,有效率 (CR +PR)为 4 0 %。主要副作用是骨髓抑制。④结论　紫杉醇加顺铂联合化疗治疗晚期NSCLC近期效果较好 。 Objective To evaluate the efficacy of combination use of paclitaxel (PTX) and cisplatin (DDP) in the treatment of advanced non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). Methods Thirty-two patients with NSCLC were treated with both PTX and DDP , three weeks as one course. The efficacy was appraised at least after completion of two courses. Results Thirty cases were eligible for appraisal, in which, the outcome was as follows: complete response(CR), one case; partial response(PR), 11 cases; stable, 7 cases; got worse 11 cases. The efficacy ( CR+PR) was 40%. The main side effect was bone marrow depression. Conclusion The short-term outcome is relatively good for advanced NSCLC by using PTX plus DDP, the side effects are tolerable.
