摘要
①目的 评价围手术期营养支持对胃肠道肿瘤病人术后恢复的作用。②方法 总结 6 4例胃肠道肿瘤病人围手术期营养支持治疗的经验。③结果 经营养支持治疗 ,4 2例胃癌及 2 2例直肠癌病人术后切口均Ⅰ期愈合 ,无吻合口瘘发生。④结论 围手术期营养支持有助于胃肠道肿瘤病人的术后恢复 。
Objective To evaluate the effect of peri-operative nutritional support in patients with neoplasms in digestive system on postoperative recovery. Methods Clinical experience was summarized for 64 patients who had received nutritional support in peri-operative period. Results Primary wound healing was obtained in 42 cases of gastric carcinoma and 22 cases of rectal cancer, no anastomotic fistula was found. Conclusion Peri-operative nutritional support helps the patients with gastrointestinal neoplasms to recover, and reduce postoperative complications.
