自然流产病人免疫治疗后外周血T淋巴细胞亚群的变化

THE CHANGES OF T LYMPHOCYTE SUBSETS IN PERIPHERAL BLOOD IN WOMEN WITH RECURRENT SPONTANEOUS ABORTION FOLLOWING IMMUNOTHERAPY

①目的 探讨自然流产病人主动免疫治疗后T淋巴细胞亚群的变化。②方法 30例自然流产妇女采用其配偶静脉血中的淋巴细胞进行免疫治疗 ,采用抗生物素 生物素 碱性磷酸酶标记的免疫染色方法 ,对 30例妇女的外周血淋巴细胞亚群CD抗原进行检测。③结果 经免疫治疗后 ,CD4 + /CD8+ 比值明显升高 (t =2 .6 5 ,P <0 .0 5 )。④结论 自然流产病人免疫治疗后外周血淋巴细胞亚群CD4、CD8抗原检测 ,可以了解细胞免疫功能的变化 。

Objective To investigate the changes of T lymphocyte subsets after active immunotherapy for recurrent spontaneous abortion(RSA). Methods Thirty RSA women were immunized with lymphocytes taken from the vein of their spouses. T lymphocyte subsets in peripheral blood from 30 RSA were detected by immunohistochemical method. Results The ratio of CD4 +/CD8 + increased significantly after immunization (t=2.65, P<0.05). Conclusion The detection of CD4 and CD8 antigens of T lymphocyte subsets in peripheral blood of women with RSA may comprehend the cellular immune function and predict the therapeutic efficacy.
