摘要
①目的 了解糖尿病病人饮食中存在的问题 ,便于制定切实可行、针对性强的饮食治疗方案 ,提高糖尿病病人饮食治疗的依从性。②方法 选取年龄大于 4 5岁的门诊 2型糖尿病病人进行膳食调查 ,检测空腹血糖 ,根据血糖水平将其分为 4组 ,对各组的能量摄入及一般情况进行比较。③结果 与血糖控制良好者比较 ,血糖控制不良者每日总热量摄入偏高 ,文化程度较低。各组碳水化合物供热比为 4 8%~ 5 0 % ,脂肪为 35 %~ 37% ,蛋白质为 15 %~ 18%。④结论 糖尿病病人饮食结构不合理 ,应强调个体化糖尿病相关知识教育 。
Objective To investigate the existing problems of diet therapy in patients with type-2 diabetes and to look for a better way to improve it. Methods A questionnaire was given to 308 outpatients with type-2 diabetes mellitus to be completed concerning their daily food. The patients were divided into four groups according to the levels of fasting blood sugar (FBS). The daily intake of calories was calculated for each of them. The calorie intake and general state were compared among the four groups. Results The patients who had a poor control of FBS took in more calorie each day and were more poorly educated than those who controlled FBS well. Conclusion Diabetic patients should be educated on diet treatment properly so as to improve the outcome.
