摘要 目的 观察Bcl-2和Bax基因在喉癌和喉角化症组织中的表达,探讨喉癌发生与发展机制及喉角化症的转归和预后。方法 采用免疫组化ABC法检测57例喉癌标本和17例喉角化症患者组织中BcL-2、Bax基因的表达情况。结果 喉癌组织中Bcl-2的阳性表达率为68.4%(39/57),Bax的阳性表达率为22.8%(13/57)。喉癌组织Bcl-2/Bax的表达比为3。而在17例喉角化症组织和10例声带息肉组织中均未见Bcl-2和Bax的阳性表达。经X^2检验,喉癌组织和喉角化症的Bcl-2和Bax表达均有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论 喉癌组织Bcl-2/Bax的表达比为3,凋亡指数较低,是导致肿瘤的生长的原因之一:Bcl-2与Bax的表达对于评估喉角化症病变程度和愈后并非是一个可行的指标。 Objective To evaluate the roles of Bcl-2 and Bax's expression in laryngeal keratosis and laryngeal cancer. Methods The ABC immunohistochemical method was performed to investigate the expression of Bcl-2 and Bax in 57cases of laryngeal cancer tissue and 17 cases laryngeal keratosis tissue. Results The Bcl-2 indices in laryngeal cancer tissue were 68.4%(39/57) ; The Bax indices in laryngeal cancer tissue were 22.8% (13/57); The ratio of Bcl-2 indices to Bax indices in laryngeal cancer tissue was 3. There was no Bel-2 and Bax indices in laryngeal keratosis tissue. There was significant difference between laryngeal cancer tissue and laryngeal keratosis tissue ( P < 0.05). Conclusion The ratio of Bcl-2 indices to Bax indices in laryngeal cancer tissue was 3. It was a low apoptosis index, which was a mechanism of cacinogenesis of laryngeal cancer. Bcl-2 and Bax were not useful markers for the assessment of the behavior and prognosis in laryngeal keratosis.
