This paper presents a novel resistive polymer humid ity sensor, states the theory, structure, fabrication processing and performance. It is fabricated on the PCB s ubstrate; the polymer formed the sense film. The measurement span is 10% to 90%RH, the hysteresis is l ess than 2%RH, the accuracy is±3%RH. The structure of the sensor is very simple, cost is low, so c an be largely used.
