欧盟处理国际卫生保健服务贸易的措施与政策

摘要随着经济全球化 ,带来社会保障体系 ,尤其是卫生保健服务的全球化 ,为此 ,2 0 0 1年欧盟提出《国际卫生保健服务与消费者计划》 ,本文对该计划作一简要介绍。
