摘要 目的:研究牙本质表面的干燥或润湿状态对牙本质湿粘结强度的影响。方法:测试和比较5种牙本质湿粘结系统在干燥或润湿的牙本质表面粘结时的微拉伸强度。结果:干燥粘结时5种粘结剂的微拉伸粘结强度均比湿粘结时有显著下降,以丙酮为溶剂的粘结系统粘结强度的下降幅度,大于以酒精和水为溶剂的粘结系统。结论:在使用牙本质湿粘结系统时,保持牙本质表面的润湿状态,可以获得较高的粘结强度。 Objective: To study the influence of dry or wet dentin bonding surface on wet bonding strength. Methods:Microtensile strength of five wet bonding systems was measured on different dry or moist dentin bonding surfaces. Results:The microtensile strength of all the five wet bonding systems decreased significantly when bonding on dry dentin surface.The microtensile strength of acetone-based adhesives decreased more than that of alcohol-water-based adhesives.Conclusion: Higher bonding strength is acquired on moist dentin surface when wet bonding systems are used.
