摘要 牵张成骨技术的日益成熟及其在临床应用的成功,使其在颅颌面骨尤其是下颌骨畸形中具有极大应用潜能。本文综述了下颌骨牵张成骨对于颞下颌关节及咀嚼肌的影响,尤其是不同牵张方式对颞下颌关节的影响,同时阐述了影响牵张成骨对颞下颌关节及咀嚼肌作用的几个因素。
