摘要
针对采用PLC进行光栅位移传感器信号高速处理的有关问题进行了详细的分析 ,对光栅传感器输出信号的形式及其信号处理电路进行了重点阐述。尤其是对PDC930 1鉴相倍频集成电路的封装形式、管脚排列以及应用电路进行了详细的说明 ,并从实用的角度出发介绍了光栅传感器信号与PDC930 1及PLC连接电路 。
In this article, the problem about the grating displacement sensor's signal fast disposal by PLC is analyzed in detail. And the format of the grating displacement sensor's signal and the signal disposal circuit are expounded. The encapsulation, pin arrangement and the application circuits of the PDC9301 phase discrimination and frequency doubling integrated circuit are explained. From the applied point of view,the connecting circuit among the grating displacement sensor, the PDC9301 and the PLC is introduced.The design method of the PLC's programs is given.
