摘要
对快速凝固Al 4Ti 2V 3La合金的显微结构、热稳定性和力学性能进行了试验研究 ,并计算分析了合金的初始冷却速度和初始过冷度 ,从而为改善Al Ti RE热强合金显微组织和性能提供了改进设计的原则。研究表明 ,快凝Al Ti RE热强铝合金的成分设计应进一步多元化 ,其中添加Ni、Cr元素比较理想 ,它们与Ti的物理性质相近 ,在α Al中有较高的极限固溶度和较低的平衡固溶度 ,在高温有较低的扩散速率 ,具有较高的表面张力 。
Microstructure, thermal stability and mechanic properties of rapidly solidified Al-4Ti-2V-3La alloy are studied in the paper, and initial undercooling and cooling rate are also involved. In order to improve the microstructure and thermal properties of the alloy, the principle of the alloy design is put forward, that is, the added transition elements should have characteristics of higher limited solubility and lower balanced solubility in α-Al, lower diffusion rate at high temperature, higher surface tension.As addition,Ni and Cr elements are more satisfying for choice.
