摘要
介绍了郑州市热力总公司所开发的本地及远程管网控制系统 ,它由智能化仪表控制 ,随外界气温变化按照设定的模式和运行曲线自动调节各热力站的供水流量、温度 ,同时还可以按照调度人员发布的指令实现远程控制。并且及时地将采集到的数据通过无线传输系统传递给调度中心 ,以利于了解运行状况。该调节系统投运后 ,管网均衡供热 ,热量消耗降低 ,并节约了人工 。
The pipeline network's local and long-distance control system developed by Zhengzhou general district heating company is introduced. The system is controlled by the intelligent instruments to adjust automatically the supply water's volume and temperature of every station, according to the set mode and working curve following with the outdoor temperature changes. At the same time, the controller can accomplish the long-distance control according to administrator's instructions. All the collected data can be transferred to the control center by the radio transferring system. So the heating stations' working conditions can be known at any time. After the system goes into working, pipeline network becomes balanced, the heat energy quantity falls down, and the working labor reduces. So it brings the remarkable economic benefits.
