SCI在评定科研成果中的局限性

近几年来 ,SCI成为我国科技界包括众多高等学校评价科研成果和个人科研水平 ,进行科研奖励和职称评聘的重要参考依据。由于SCI本身的特点和功能局限 ,必然造成这把“评选尺度”在应用上的局限和偏差。正确认识SCI在评价科技成果中可能产生的局限性 ,对于公正、客观、全面、准确的鉴定科技成果 。

In recent years,SCI has become an important consulting basis to estimate science and research production and individual research level and go on encouragement and titles' judgement and engagement by science and technology area,including lots of universities and colleges.While SCI's feature and function limitation will surely result in the limitation and deviation of its application as an evaluating yardstick.To recognize SCI's limitation in evaluating science and technology production is quite necessary for judging science and technology production justly,objectively,roundly and exactly and avoiding the deviation.
