摘要
在振动信号分析的基础上,提取了反映自行火炮变速箱故障的时域特征量和包络谱特征量.建立了基于BP神经网络的故障诊断系统,实现了自行火炮变速箱故障模式的自动识别,有效地检测了自行火炮变速箱的早期故障.通过实际所测的自行火炮变速箱故障数据验证,诊断结果表明选择的特征参数较好地识别变速箱常见故障.
On the basis of analyzing vibration signal, both time domain and envelope spectrum domain diagnostic parameters are gained . The diagnosis system based on the envelopment analysis has been built, and the validity of the neural network to detect initial fault of gearbox is confirmed. Experiments show that common faults can be recognized by the chosen characteristic parameters.
