摘要
以百合鳞片为外植体进行无菌培养,从愈伤组织解剖观察各类器官发育雏形。结果表明,在一定条件下.通过胚胎发生,形成完整植株;或经器官建成发育为芽或根,出现五种分化类型。
The scale segments of L. davidii var. willmottiae and L. tigrinum Ker-Gavler were cultured in vitro to investigate the embryogenesis and organo-genesis of lily from calli. The observation results were as follows: 1) Embr-yoids were differentiated directly on the surface of calli or within them, and developed into complete plantlets in a way like the ,development of zygote embryos. 2) Buds or roots occurred directly from calli and then developed into incomplete plantlets. 3) Embryonic cells originated in the central part
of the multicellular meristematic mass derived from calli, 4) Meristems were
derived from single cells or multiple cells of calli, from which complete plantlets, or only shoots or roots were developed. 5) Other meristems occurred in calli or on their surfaces through multicentric differentiation.
