摘要 在对DZ型单体液压支柱研究的基础上,提出了采用柱塞悬浮式单体液压支柱的新概念.介绍了DWX型柱塞悬浮式单体液压支柱的工作原理及结构特点.通过受力分析和强度计算,得出了其活柱和油缸的受力特点和强度计算公式;通过稳定性分析和计算,得出了其稳定性计算公式和稳定性安全系数标准.所研制的新型单体液压支柱具有结构工艺简单、工作行程大、使用范围大、稳定性安全系数大、重量轻、操作安全可靠等特点.并采用QPQ氮化处理工艺和Ni-P化学镀层工艺,使其具有防腐,耐磨,防炮崩等特点. The new idea of hydraulic support with suspending hollow plug was proposed on the basis of the research on the DZ hydraulic support. The technical principle and structural characteristics of the DWX hydraulic support with suspending plug were introduced. The force properties and strength equations of the mobile column and cylinder were obtained by the force analysis and strength calculation. The stability equation and the standard of the stability safety factor were gained by the stability analysis and calculation. The new hydraulic support has some characteristics such as simple structure technique, big work-distance, large use-range, big stability safety factor, light-weight, safety-operation and so on. The QPQ nitride and Ni-P chemistry-plating technique are adopted, so the prop has other characteristics such as antisepsis, wearable, bombardment and so on.
