摘要
根据胚与胚乳悬浮速度和比重的差异进行气流悬浮提胚试验,提出了分级、风选提胚乳、浓缩胚、压胚的提胚工艺,并由此工艺得到了得率较高的纯净的玉米胚(胚中含胚乳小于5%)及胚乳(含胚率小于2%)。
According to the difference of air floating velocity between the maize endosperm and germ, the experiment of picking up germs was done by floating in air. The technology of picking up germs was obtained and the pure maize endosperm and germ were put out at a high rate.
