Applying intelligent agent to electronic commerce is a relatively new subject at present, and is an inevitable trend in the development of electronic commerce. This article puts forward a realizing system structure of online shopping and a kind of intelligent decesion arithmetic, and discusses the rationality and plausibility of the arithmetic.
