乳化硅油制备的研究

INVESTIGATION ON THE PREPARATION OF EMULSION OF SILICONE OIL

采用转相乳化法,以较低黏度的二甲基硅油进行为原料,Span—60和Tween—60为乳化剂,成功制得了硅油乳液,质量配比为硅油10%,Span—60和Tween—60各占2.5%,增稠剂C占2%,离心及冻融实验证明乳液具有良好的稳定性,有一定应用价值。

By employing the technique of phase transformation emulsifying, Silicone oil emulsion has been successfully developed from silicone oil with low viscosity. Span-60 and Tween-60 are the emulsifier. The mass ratio of silicone oil to the emulsion is 10%,the mass ratio of Span-60 that of and that of Tween-60 to the emulsion are both 2.5%,the ratio of thicker to the emulsion is 2%.Good stability has been demonstrated by the accelerated centrifugal and freezing-thawing experiments. The silicone oil emulsion can be used in cosmetic.
