摘要
分析近十年上海市儿童医院护士读者群情况 ,结果提示护士由于其自身素质和工作特点 ,业余时间少 ,读书困难 ,长此以往不利于医院业务发展 ;因此图书室有责任采取一些对策 ,培养护士读书兴趣 。
The results of an analysis of nurse readers in Shanghai Children's Hospital in the past 10 years show that, they had little time to read as they were very busy at work. It would not be in favour of the development of the hospital if the condition persists. For improving their nursing ability, the library should take some measures to foster their reading interests.
