摘要
在知识经济时代,我国各级各类图书馆受网络信息技术快速发展的影响,由传统型向数字化方向发展,图书馆原有的特点、组织机构、服务功能、服务方式都发生了变化。这种变化要求图书馆必须调整人力结构,优化人力资源配置。现代图书馆将会逐渐形成合理的四个层次六种类别的入力结构模式。
In the times of knowledge economy, the original natures, organization forms, the functions and the ways of service in all kinds of libraries have been changed due to the impacts of internet information technique and its' application . Those changes lead to the libraries to adjust and optimize the structure and configuration of manpower resource in them. The hierarchical structure with four layers and six kinds must been gradually formed in the modern library manpower resource.
