摘要
目的 :研究大豆异黄酮对去势大鼠骨密度及骨组织形态学的影响。方法 :运用切除大鼠卵巢方法建立骨质疏松症模型 ,观察大豆异黄酮对去卵巢大鼠骨质疏松症的防治作用。结果 :大豆异黄酮可明显增加去势大鼠骨密度 (P <0 0 1) ,子宫重量 (P <0 0 1)和血清雌二醇水平 (P <0 0 1) ,组织切片观察显示 ,大豆异黄酮组骨小梁粗壮、饱满、结构完整。结论 :大豆异黄酮对卵巢切除大鼠骨质疏松症有明显防治作用 。
Objective:To study the effects of soybean isoflavones on the bone mass density (BMD) and histomorphology of rats.Methods:Osteoporosis model was establisned through ovarg resection of female rats to inverstigate the preventive effect of soybean isoflavones on osteroporosis of ovariectomized rats. Results: Soybean isoflavones coluld significantly increase bone mass density ( P <0 01),uterus weights (P <0 01) and the levels of estradiol (E 2) ( P <0 01),histomorphology showed sturdy and intact trabecular bone in group with Soybeen isoflawaes. Conclusion: Soybeen isflavones can protect rats'osteoporosis induced by ovariectomized,these effects may be attributable to its estrogen-like action.
