依那普利与螺内酯联合治疗充血性心力衰竭并室性心律失常的临床观察

A clinical study on combination of enalapril with spironolactone in patients with congestive heart failure and ventricular arrhythmia

目的 :观察依那普利与螺内酯联合治疗充血性心力衰竭 (CHF)并室性心律失常的临床疗效及安全性。方法 :对 15 0例CHF并室性心律失常病例进行临床研究 ,观察加用依那普利与螺内酯治疗后心功能及血钾浓度、室性心律失常的变化。结果 :用药后 90 %病例室性期前收缩明显减少 ,部分短阵室速用药后消失 ,95 %病例用药后心功能改善Ⅰ级以上 (NYHA分级 ) ,临床症状明显好转 ,全部病例钾离子稳定在正常范围 ,无一例高钾血症发生。结论 :依那普利与螺内酯联合治疗CHF并室性心律失常疗效肯定 ,安全性好。

Objective:To study on the clinical effect with safety of combination of enalapril and spironolactone in patients with congestive heart failure (CHF) and ventricular arrhythmia. Method:One hundred fifty patients with CHF and ventricular arrhythmia were enrolled in this clinical study. Observation of the alternation of heart function,potassium ions and the ventricular arrhythmia was made after using enalapril and spironolactone. Result:Ventricular premature beat of 90% cases reduced obviously. Partial ventricular tachycardia of some patients disappeared. Furthermore,the heart function of 95% patients improved to over I class(by NYHA)and clinical signs changed better obviously. Potassium ions of all cases kept stable within normal limits and nobody got hyperpotassemia. Conlusion:The combinations of enalapril with spironolactone is absolutely reliable and safe for the patients with CHF complicated with ventricular arrhythmia.
