摘要
目的讨论在后囊膜破裂时利用完整的环形前囊膜做为襻的支撑来固定后房型人工晶状体的可行性、安全性。方法采用手法或仪器环形撕囊,直径5~6mm,将襻植入前囊膜前虹膜后的睫状沟内,观察时间要0.5a以上。结果31例中28例晶状体位置居中,2例轻度前后倾斜,1例光学中心下沉敛“日落综合征”。结论只要环形撕囊成功,利用抗拉力强的残余前囊膜就可安全植入后房型人工晶状体。
Aim To discuss the feasibility and safety of fixing posterior chamber intraocular lens by using complete ring-shaped anterior capsule as loops when posterior capsule is lacerated. Methods Hand or apparatus ring-shaped capsulorhexis, diameter 5-6mm; implant loops into ciliary sulcus, and observe for more than 0.5a. Results In the 31 cases 28 lens are in the center, 2 have light antev-ersio or retroversio, and 1 optical center fell down to form sunset syndrome. Conclusion If ring-shaped capsulorhexis is successful, posterior chamber intraocular lens can be safely implanted with the help of remains of anterior capsule.
