摘要
试验方法 供试药剂为10%扑虱灵(Pushiling)乳剂(江苏省农药所提供)。每亩用量按其有效成份分5个处理:25克,20克;15克,10克和5克。对照药剂为50%甲胺磷乳油(武进县农药厂出品),每亩用有效成份50克;另设不施药的空白对照。 施药采用两种方法;(1)喷粗雾。用工农—16型背负式喷雾器,拔节初期每亩药液120斤;孕穗期每亩药液150斤。(2)毒土。每亩用药量稀释10倍,用小型喷雾器均匀地喷在40斤细土中,然后撒施。 施药分二期进行。第一期在褐稻虱二代的大龄若虫期7月26日。为了兼治稻纵卷叶螟,除对照外,其他处理按50克/亩量加甲胺磷。第二期在褐稻虱三代卵孵盛期8月9日。扑虱灵和甲胺磷单独使用,每处理加3两/亩井岗霉素兼治纹枯病。
It has been proved that Pushiling is an effective insecticide in controlling rice brown planthopper. It usually maintains controling effect for more than one month at the dosage of 0.225-0.375kg a.i./ha. The best effect was found at the dosage of 0.375kg a.i./ha which led to a fast and long lasting control. It was better to be sprayed than to be broadcasted as a mixture of insecticide and soil. Spraying at the hatching period of the third generation of the insect appeared to be most economical. A spray at this period could control brown planthopper damage effectively even though it was raining.
