摘要
分析了燃烧控制系统的热工自动控制结构特点。为了更大范围符合炉燃烧的要求 ,提高燃烧自动的利用率 ,在按照传统的燃烧自动结构设计的基础上 ,合理选取锅炉热负荷信号 ,增加了一次风速自动控制系统 ,使燃烧自动系统能更合理的控制燃烧 ,且创新增加了部分给粉机自动投切逻辑。
In this article,the structure characteristics of the burning control system are analyzed. In order to accord with the boiler burning requirements of more scope,and improve the utilization of the burning automation,on the basic of the traditional structure design of the burning automation,the reasonable thermal load signals of the boiler are taken,the main fuel auto-control system is added,they make the burning auto-system control burning more reasonable, and the auto on-off logic of the part feed-in machines is innovated and increased.
