阐述了建立校外电工电子实习基地,探索与企业合作教育的新模式,对培养复合型电气、电子人才的重要性,并对校外电工电子实习基地的硬件、软件建设和教学改革等方面进行了探讨。
It is required for senior specialist talent to own firm foundation, extensive knowledge, and further practical ability and creative spirit in the information age. It is hard to make achievement only with traditional education mode and university itself. It is necessary to construct workfield base and explore new mode to cooperate with enterprise. This paper discusses various aspects of field work base construction.
