提高枇杷茎尖培养成活率的研究

Approaches to Increase the Surviving Rate of Loquat Apexes Cultured in vitro

用饱和漂白粉溶液前处理枇杷茎尖40分钟,对防止茎尖变褐,效果十分明显。适当增加接种茎尖的长度对提高茎尖成活率起到很好的作用。外源激素以6-BA 1.0mg/l和NAA 0.5mg/l组成的MS培养基可大大提高成活率和萌动率。

Apexes of loquat cultured in vitro are apt to turn brown and die. In this study, however, the browning of apexes were prevented by pre-treating the apexes with saturated solution of bleaching powder for 40 minutes. The survival rate of apexes in culture was raised significantly by a proper increase in length of the explants. The germination rate of the explants was increased greatly by adding 1.0 mg/1 of 6-benzyl aminopu-rine and 0.5 mg/1 of naphthylacetic acid to MS medium.
