摘要
电解厂房作为大电流磁场环境,它的磁场作用使焊接过程和质量难以得到保证。从电解厂房中的焊接电弧及所处的槽外磁场环境分析入手,探讨了强电流磁场作用下的焊接难问题,并提出了初步的解决方案。
The big current magnetic-field surroundings in the electrolysis workshop make it difficult to ensure welding operation and welding quality.In this paper,the author at first analyzes the welding arc and the magnetic-field surrounding around the pot in the electrolysis workshop,then discusses the welding problems for the big current magnetic-field and a tentative solving programme.
