Knowledge has become a critical resource related to economic growth and social development in the knowledge economy age. Knowledge management that is used as a new mode of enterprise management has risen quietly. As the human treasure of information, library will inevitably face it. In this article,the author introduces the concept of knowledge management, the relation between knowledge management and library, and explores the contents and the ways to carry out knowledge management in library under network environment.
