通过实例介绍工序尺寸的换算方法:跟踪图解法。即根据尺寸链最短路径原则,从设计尺寸或加工余量的两端出发,沿零件表面开始追踪至汇合封闭为止,查找出尺寸链,再计算出工序尺寸及其公差。

According to the shortest route principle of dimension chains,this method should start from the two ends of designing dimension or processing margin and track from the surface of components till closing,then find its dimension chain and calculate its working procedure dimension and allowance.
