摘要
用不同地理来源的早熟小麦品种研究了品种间温光反应特性的差异。品种的春化要求有很大差异。春化要求对发育进度有很大影响。地理来源较远的品种,其影响程度较小;而地理来源相近的品种,春化是影响发育进度的重要决定因子。完成春化后进一步发育所需的温度条件是影响不同品种二棱期、雌雄蕊原基分化期和抽穗期迟早的一个重要因子。品种间这一特性的差异与其地理来源有关。
The ontogenetic development of 88 early-maturing wheat cultivars from different geographical origins was investigated in Nanjing. The results indicated that the effects of vernalization requirement of these cultivars on ontogenetic development were modified significantly by the range of their geographical origins. When all the cultivars tested were concerned, the vernalization requirement degree was a less important factor affecting the start of the double ridge stage and heading stage. However, when only the cultivars collected from the regions with similar ecological conditions as in the middle and lower valley of the Changjiang River were concerned, it became a determinant factor. The difference in temperature requirements for further development after vernalization among the cultivars, which seemed related to the geographical origins, was one of the significant factors affecting the start of the double ridge stage, the initiation of pistil and stamen primordia and heading.
