On the Information Environment of the Growth of Small - Medium Enterprises in China

在分析我国中小企业信息环境现状的基础上,论述为了改善我国中小企业生长的信息环境,政府、IT以及咨询等行业应当注意的问题及采取的措施。

The small - medium enterprises (SMEs) are now playing a more and more important role in the economic and social development of China. So it is of great strategic significance to create a favourable information environment for the SMEs. This paper analyzes the present situation of the SMEs information environment of China, and discusses, in the light of the present situation, the problems which should be paid attention to and the measures that should be adopted by governments, IT and consulting industries for the sake of improving the SMEs information environment of China.
