对目前存在于我国图书馆数字化进程中有关思想认识、技术和知识产权方面的问题进行探讨。提出问题,并试图构建解决问题的理论。

There are some issues concerning views, technology and intellectual property in the digitali-zation of libraries in China. This paper discusses them and tries to find out some theories to resolve them.
