摘要
采用24株不同种属的酵母菌进行发酵培养,研究其麦角甾醇的生物合成,并筛选Yeg-14菌株为实 验菌。以玉米粉水解液为碳源,尿素(NH2)2CO为氮源,通过两步深层发酵工艺路线,研制麦角甾醇酵母。
Biosynthesis of ergosterol by 24 yeasts of different species and genera was studied. Through screening, isolation of plating, Yeg-14 (Saccharomyces cerevisiae) was selected as the test strain. Ergosterol yeast was produced with a medium containing corn flour hydrolyzate and urea by a two-step fermentation.
