摘要
大型水力机组的振动问题一直是影响机组安全运行的重要因素。为探讨岩滩机组的振动原因,岩滩水力发电厂与武汉大学动机学院联合研究开发了岩滩机组分布式在线振动监测分析系统。该系统经一年多的运行,已积累了4台机组的大量振动数据,为电厂机组安全生产和优化调度提供了可靠的科学依据。本文主要介绍和讨论该系统的原理、结构模式和功能,从而为今后故障诊断系统及同类系统的设计和开发提供可供借鉴的经验。
Vibration of large_sized power generation units has been a critical factor for the safety operation of the equipment. An on_line distributing monitoring system is jointly developed by the Power Station and the College of Power & Mechanical Engineering and Wuhan University with a view to find out the causes of vibration of the generation units. After more than one year's operation of the monitoring system, large amount of data on the units vibration has been collected, providing a reliable scientific basis for the safety production and optimized dispatching of the units. In this paper, an introduction is made to the principle, structural mode and function of the system with a view to provide referential experience in faults diagnosis of the system and the development and design of similar system.
