雄性不育小麦花药发育各期核酸含量研究 被引量:3

摘要 对T型和太谷核雄性不育小麦花药发育各期的核酸含量进行了研究,可育花药核酸含量随花药的发育而逐渐增加。T型不育花药核酸从四分体后逐渐下降,和花粉败育进程相一致。太谷核不育花药核酸从造孢细胞期后一直递减。花粉成熟时,T型不育花药核酸含量为可育的36.28%,太谷核不育为可育的14.84%。太谷核不育的花药核酸含量的下降和花药停止生长相一致。可育和不育株的子房核酸含量随花药发育而递增,最终两种不育的含量均显著地高于可育。 Anther nucleic acid content at different developmental stages of T-type and Tai-gu male sterile wheat was studied. While the nucleic acid content increased with the development of male fertile anther, it decreased gradually after the tetrad stage in the T-type male sterile anther parallel with the paces of pollen abortion,and decreased after the sporo-genous cell stage in the Tai-gu type anther, concurrent with the stop of anther growth. At pollen maturation, the anther nucleic acid content in sterile anthers was 36.28% and 14.84% of that in fertile orres for the T-type and Tai-gu type, respectively. The ovary nucleic acid content increased gradually with anther development in male sterile as well as in fertile plants, however,the content in both the male sterile types was significantly higher than that in male fertile plants.
