摘要
用数量分析的方法对松散棉(G.laxum)的核型进行研究。结果表明,松散棉具一个中部着丝点染色体,10个近亚中部着丝点染色体,2个亚中部着丝点染色体。13对染色体中最长的为2.5微米,最短的为1.67微米,单倍染色体的长度总和为27.38微米。第4号和第6号染色体具随体。
The karyotype of Gossypium laxum Phillips was studied by a quantitative analysis method and compared with other Gossypium species of D genome. G. laxum has one chromosome with a median centromere (m),ten with slightly submedian centromenes (ssm), and two with sub-median centromeres ( sm ). Chromosomes No. 4 and No. 6 have satellites. The lengths of satellites are 0.4μ and 0.3μ respectively. In the 13 pairs of chromosomes,the longest one is 2.5 μ and the shortest 1.67 μ.The average length of one chromosome is 2.11μ. The total complement length is 27.38 μ.
