摘要
以跨界融合基因工程菌Fhhh为出发菌株,以精对苯二甲酸(PTA)废水为唯一碳源,运用降解动力学,以比降解率q为参数,研究基因工程菌Fhhh对PTA废水的处理效果。试验结果表明,Fhhh对PTA废水的比降解率q高于已报道的数据,具有开发应用前景。
The degradation of purified terephthalic acid (PTA) wastewater by Fhhh is conducted through the measurement of degradation kinetics and the specific degradation rate (q) is taken as parameter with Fhhh as starting strain and the PTA wastewater as a sole carbon source.The results of experiments show that the specific degradation rate q of degradation of PTA wastewater by Fhhh is 0.060 h-1,which is higher than those of other strains reported.
