摘要
为了检测航空薄板构件的裂纹,需要设计专用表面波探头。根据航空薄板构件厚度以及裂纹的特点,认为表面波探头设计的关键在于工作频率和晶片倾斜角的选取,由理论分析和实例说明了确定工作频率和晶片倾斜角的方法。通过实用是可行的。
In order to test aviation plate component,a special probe is needed.Considering the flaw character istics and aviation plate component′s thickness,it is brought up that the design hinge of ultrasonic surface wave probe is operating frequency and crystal′s angle.A method for comfirming operating frequency and crystal′s angle is presented by means of theoretic analysis and examples,and it is viable in practice.
