摘要
在盆栽条件下采用固定施用相同比例的硝态氮、铵态氮肥,改变腐熟芝麻饼肥用量的方法,对烤烟根系生长发育进行了研究 结果表明,配施40%腐熟芝麻饼肥处理能明显提高根系活力和增加根系干物质量,有助于根冠比的协调,降低根系烟碱含量,增加根中可溶性糖含量 配施60%腐熟芝麻饼肥的处理有利于根系下扎,在烟草生育前期有利于增大根系干物质量,后期有助于提高根系活力 综合比较以配施40%腐熟芝麻饼肥处理最佳.
The growth and development of tobacco root system was studied in pot experiment conducted with the application of fixed proportions of different nitrogen forms and various rotted sesame cake fertilizerThe results showed that the activity and dry matter weight of root system were enhanced with application of 40 percent rotted sesame cake fertilizer; Also, this treatment contributed to the harmony of root top ratioFurthermore, application of 40 percent rotted sesame cake fertilizer decreased nicotine content and increased soluble sugar in tobacco root systemThe treatment of appying 60 percent rotted sesame cake fertilizer was good for root system growing deeper into the soil, and it increased dry matter weight of root system in early period of duration and enhanced activity of root system in later stage Comprehensively,application of 40 percent rotted sesame cake fertilizer was the optimum treatment
