烟草甲Lasioderma serricorne Fabricius对储存烟叶危害损失的初步研究

A preliminary study on the loss of stored tobacco leaves caused by Lasioderma serricorne Fabricius

研究了不同数量的烟草甲成虫繁殖1代和2代后代的幼虫数量、危害损失烟叶重量与成虫数量的关系.结果表明,因幼虫危害损失的烟叶重量随虫量的增加而增加,二者呈直线关系.烟叶切丝后的长丝率、中丝率、短丝率和烟沫率与成虫数量亦成直线相关,随着虫量的增加,长丝率减少,中丝率、短丝率和烟沫率增加.将供试成虫对数与繁殖1代和2代幼虫危害损失烟叶重量及幼虫危害后的出丝率进行理论曲线拟合,经F检验,方程代表性均好.

The experiments were carried out to study the relationship between the number of adults of Lasioderma serricorne and the loss of stored tobacco leaves caused by the larvae reproduced by the pest of the first and the second generation respectively The results show that the weight of tobacco leaves damaged by the larvals raises with the raising of the number of the pest and they show a linear relationshipThe linear correlation also exists between the number of adults and the long silk rate, mediul silk rate, short silk rate and dust rate appearing after tobacco leaves is cutWith the increasing of the pest the long silk rate raises while the mediul silk rate, short silk rate and dust rate decreaseThe following equations can indicate the relationship between the different male and female adult pairs and weight of leaf eaten, the rate of tobacco silk damaged by their larvae of the first and second generations respectively
